Yes, you may cancel your booking. Please note that the 50% advance payment is strictly non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, under all circumstances. This is because the yacht is immediately reserved exclusively for you, and operational arrangements such as crew scheduling, marina permissions, and charter slot blocking are confirmed upon booking. Rescheduling is permitted only if the request is made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure time, subject to yacht availability and operator approval. Any applicable rate differences or additional costs must be borne by the client. Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 72 hours of the charter time are fully non-refundable and non-modifiable, as the yacht and crew are committed exclusively to your booking and cannot be reassigned at short notice.

Your charter operator possess all rights of postponing or canceling the yacht charter trip for reasons beyond our control, like - weather conditions, equipment malfunction, government policies, or force majeure.

Pet-friendly yacht vacations are increasingly popular and available. Do inquire, since some restrictions may apply, and we would like to assure your pet can be accommodated.

You must carry your Passport and ID Card as it is mandatory from Dubai Coast Guard.

100% advance payment is required at least 72 hours prior to the start of your charter. Payment can be made via bank transfer, secure payment link, or cash, subject to confirmation.

Some yachts will have a minimum number of hours for a charter which can be seen on the yacht booking page of each yacht.

The list of recreation equipment on board is believed to be accurate but it can change at short notice so it’s not guaranteed. If there are changes, the yacht’s owner will do all they can to replace the equipment with something similar.
